What data we process, and why

The data you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp: your name, your contact details and what you tell us about your matter. We use it only to reply, arrange an appointment and, if you instruct us, handle the matter. It is also protected by lawyers' professional secrecy.

The legal basis is your consent when you contact us and, if you instruct us, the performance of that engagement and our legal obligations as lawyers.

How long

For as long as the matter lasts and, afterwards, for the period required by legal, tax and professional obligations.

Who it is shared with

No one outside the firm, unless the matter requires it (courts, public bodies, court agents, experts) or the law demands it. The website is hosted on a server in the European Union.

This website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. That is why it shows no cookie banner. The map on the contact page is served by Google Maps and loads when you reach it; see Google's policy for details.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data by writing to info@lancisycarrionabogados.es, with a copy of your ID. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
